  • Please read the information below to familiarize yourself with our various policies related to shopping via our online store.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Currently our online shop is only able to accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer.

    During checkout, simply choose the Bank Wire option and you will be taken to a page that summarizes your purchase. You must CONFIRM that you wish to use the bank wire option to proceed. Then you will be given our banking details for you to submit your payment.

    Please include your FULL NAME and/or ORDER NUMBER in the reference section so that we can easily locate your transaction and process your purchase more quickly.

    NOTE: In the near future we aim to offer automatic online payment processing via SwipeHQ and PoliPay.

     

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

    Once your order has been received and your payment cleared, we will ship your purchase.

    • Delivery will be within 3-5 working days thereafter. [Up to 7 working days for rural postcodes.]
    • Parcels will be sent via FastWay or NZ Post couriers.
    • Tracking will be included.

     

  • RETURN POLICY

    We stand behind the products we sell and aim to keep our customers happy.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us according to the following procedure:

    • item/s is/are unused and in original condition (where applicable, all tags are attached)
    • item/s is/are returned within 14 days of date of purchase
    • original sales receipt or proof of purchase is included with the returned item/s
    • customer pays for return shipping

    If your return meets the above requirements, we will gladly exchange/replace the returned item/s for another size or design to the same value, issue a store credit or provide a refund (see below).

     

  • REFUND POLICY

    Refunds will only be issued in cases where the item is faulty or we do not have a replacement item in stock. You will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the returned items. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

    PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued for change of mind purchases. Instead you may be issued store credit which can be used on your next purchase.
